Bag the Community 2018

A food drive benefiting Neighbors Helping Neighbors, Inc.

held each Martin Luther King, Jr. weekend.

Thank you!

Once again, the Bag the Community team has rallied our town to participate in this national day of service by collecting tens of thousands of pounds of food to support our food pantry.

We had hundreds of student volunteers to assemble boxes (thank you hockey team), drop off bags on a rainy Saturday, pick them up on a frigid Monday, sort the food (we did feed them lunch!), load the tractor trailer (thank you track team), and unload it at our warehouse (thank you wrestling team).

Our adult volunteers drove our students, sorted food and packed boxes.

Please know our entire community is honored and uplifted by your commitment and dedication to helping our Neighbors in Need.
